ENERGY EFFICIENCY:
SOLID POLYURETHANE CORE provides an R-15 insulating value to ensure energy efficiently.
THERMAL BREAK separates the exterior skin from the interior skin, eliminating the transfer of heat or cold through the steel skins.
PAINTING: Materials should be chemically treated for optimum
paint adherence and painted with an undercoat of rust-inhibiting primer, oven dried and of the type tested in accordance with ISDN 106. It is recommended that a minimum of one coat of high quality exterior finish paint be applied on the jobsite.
ACOUSTICAL QUALITIES: minimum sound transmission classification of 24 under ISDI-103
The polyurethane foam shall have a "U" factor of 7 and 15 "R" factor.
